The dining room leads to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.



The apartment also features two elegant bathrooms with showers, one of which is equipped with a convenient washer-dryer.



Thanks to its generous spaces, abundant natural light and functional layout, Castro Pretorio 23 is the ideal choice for a family or a group of friends wishing to stay in Rome without compromising on comfort.



The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, independent heating and air conditioning, as well as all safety devices required by law, including a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector.



The communal rooftop terrace is a real added value: a shared space, open during the day in accordance with the building regulations, where guests can enjoy a charming view over the rooftops of Rome and experience the authentic atmosphere of the city.



The communal terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and provides water and a coffee machine for guests. It is open every day from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. We also manage several other apartments within the same building. For guests travelling as part of a larger group or with multiple families, it is possible to book more than one apartment in the same building, allowing everyone to stay close together while enjoying maximum comfort and convenience. It is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends looking for comfort, style and a strategic location from which to experience Rome at its best.



Castro Pretorio 23 is located in the Castro Pretorio neighbourhood, just a short walk from the Castro Pretorio stop on Metro Line B and within easy reach of Termini Station. Its location makes it easy to explore Rome both on foot and by public transport. The historic city centre, the Colosseum, the Spanish Steps and Rome’s main attractions can all be reached within a short time.



The neighbourhood offers traditional restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and all the services required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, combining the convenience of a well-connected area with the authenticity of a Roman neighbourhood lived in throughout the year.



The price doesn't include the City Tax (€ 5 per person per night for a max of 10 days), guests need to pay it ONLY in cash at their arrival in Rome.

The final cleaning fee must be paid in Euro cash upon arrival.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00 (3:00 pm to 9:00 pm). Check-ins after 21:00 (9:00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Upon request, we are flexible for check-in and check-out time, depending on the availability of the apartment and the cleaning procedure.

A 35 € extra fee is required for check in scheduled for the 25th of December, the 1st of January, Easter day, 15 August.

Electricity and gas consumption is included in the price of this rental. Guests are required to comply with the rules of use of all electrical equipment in the accommodation. Specifically, they are required to turn off all lights and A/C off when not at home.

At check-in It will be mandatory to show each identity document and sign the rental contract.

For infants, the baby cot will be present only on request, the cost is € 50 per stay. In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

Upon request, for an additional fee, we can arrange transfers to/from airports, train stations, and the Port of Civitavecchia. More information will be available after booking.
