Nice hotel with a great location
The hotel is situated at a square with a fountain and gives you a real Rome experince. The hotel itself is really cool and has nice staff and clean rooms. The windows completly shut off sound to outside, but the doors to the hallway and the walls between the rooms could be better.

Dejligt og meget centralt beliggende
Vi havde et dejligt ophold med et hold venner. Hotellet er under ombygning men det var ikke forstyrrende. Værelset var ikke stort men det var fint men en god seng. Nyt og dejligt. Eneste minus er det meget lille bruser, hvor man næsten skal bakke ind :-) Service fra personalet var god. Morgenmad fik vi den ene dag, og det var også fint. Beliggenheden er i top, med direkte udgang til en dejlig plads med både vinbar, spisesteder og et springvand. Nemt at komme rundt derfra til alle seværdigheder. Kan klart anbefales.

Fint hotel i gåafstand til seværdighederne
Udemærket hostel, som er centralt placeret og i gåafstand til alle seværdighederne. Værelserne er meget små. Morgenmaden spises på cafe ved siden af hotellet. Her er dårlig service og dårlig morgenmad.

This was a great hotel to stay at for our base in Rome. Check in was easy and Christine (front desk) and all the staff were very friendly. She provided us great tips on restaurants and they can help you book any tours. The hotel is walkable to shops, restaurants and many tourists attractions including the Colosseum. The room we had is nicely updated. It was clean with a comfortable bed and a desk. The washroom is small, but that is typical in Rome. They also had an option for a paid breakfast buffet, but we ended up eating at the many restaurants just outside of our hotel. They also have a nice seating area in the front with ice cold water that you can fill up your water bottle everyday. You do need to leave your key at the front desk when you go out for the day, but we had no issues with this. You can also safely store your luggage for the day if you have a later flight. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

The staff was very helpful. It was conveniently located to most historical sites. The furthest was the Vatican. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and quiet, unless the window was open, then there was noise from the piazza. It was nice the listen to when we wanted and just close the window when we didn’t. Beautiful hotel, great stay. I would go back.

Close to many places, but AC did not work at all. Smallest bathroom and shower Ever!! Didn’t like having to leave my key at desk every time I went in and out of hotel. However, front desk were very good and knowledgeable about many things. They were awesome!

I liked the piazza, the neighborhood and the convenient location to the Colosseum and other attractions. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and cute. The breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices. The 3 downfalls; they were working on the hotel and it was right outside my window, so noisy. Also i informed the hotel beforehand that i was arriving by 7am. I asked for a room to be ready by midday but did get till 1:30pm. Lastly the day i arrived i booked a driver to take me to the airport for my departure. He was 30 minutes late. I had to book an Uber that arrived within 5 minutes, just as the other driver arrived. Overall my experience was good. I love Rome!!

It is an amazing place to stay. The area is really close to the coliseum and 15 minutes away a from Fontana de Trevi and Pantheon. There are always ppl in the street since there are several places to eat there. Moreover, the square has a fountain and a water “vending”. The building and the rooms are clean and sophisticated. I loved my stay here !! I highly recommend it. The borrow you a cellphone with internet and also umbrellas if they are required.

The location was amazing, located in a small piazza, and 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum. The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast very good. The staff at reception were very helpful. The only downside was the room size which was pretty small for 2 people, but this was more than compensated for by the great location.

I liked everything about this hotel, from the location to the cleanliness, and the room was very nice. The only detail is that at the time of booking, nowhere did it mention that they could charge a €100 (refundable) deposit, so it would be advisable to mention it. But overall, a very nice hotel.

Really good location. Walking distance to important places. Nice coffe shops and bars around. The hotel itself was fine. It was pretty clean. There was a smartphone in a room which you could take with you or make international calls. We were not aware of that so we were prepared to use ours. Day curtains on windows would be a plus as now we had to keep night curtains closed during daylight and have the light on, otherwise you are showing yourself to the neighbours. Also we had to leave a deposit of 100€ which we were not aware about, which is refunded after your stay. So if you plan a budget, add this to it so there will be no surprises, as we had to exchange additional 100€ for our expenses. Also city tax is 6€ per person per night. All on all - all about location.

We went for an upgrade to a suite for the rest of our stay and we must say, we got the best and biggest room in the hotel. Literally what they advertised on the website as the renovated room. The room number was 401 and it overlooks the square and is massive, all amenities included! Worth the upgrade, we felt like VIP. Not that expensive to upgrade for the 3 extra days. Thanks to the very friendly young gentleman at the reception. Very good neighborhood to stay.

Superior in name not quality
The rooms are of a poor standard. There is a lack of sound proofing which makes noise from the street loud and you can hear everything going on in the other rooms. Furniture is provided by IKEA but makes the room feel cheap, the bed is small, pillows are uncomfortable. There is no television in the room. The bathroom is antiquated and in need of much needed modernisation. Service is not particularly friendly either. Don't drink the bottled water as it's not complimentary. The location is the best part of the hotel. Centrally located and a good distance from the main attractions. The square in front has lots of great places to eat and drink.

Gentile cliente, grazie per la sua recensione.La camera in cui ha soggiornato è dotata di minibar, Nespresso, kettle, cassaforte, prodotti Rituals, tutto tranne il televisore che non è elencato nei servizi che offriamo.Tutte le nostre camere sono dotate di finestre ad alta insonorizzazione, ma certamente se vengono lasciate aperte il rumore si sente. Clean hotel, great location
Cannot argue with the location. Steps from amazing restaurants and csfes, 10 minutes to the colosseum and forum on foot. I was really happy with the location. Roomnwas clean and comfortable. Shower was a bit tight. Staff were amazing, free breakfast was a nice touch though there are some amazing cafes and bakeries nearby so save romm for that.
