Dear Horacio,Thanks for your nice review.Our hotel is in the middle of the historical city center and it's clearly written that we cannot provide parking as we are in the traffic limited zone that prevents access to all the cars except sundays.We do not understand the mention regarding the extra day as we have booked for you the extra night as per your request at a very special price and then, we also accepted to cancel it for free when you decided to leave without any reason.Thanks again for choosing our hotel, we will be looking to welcome you again in the future!
