"Fantastisk hotel med perfekt beliggenhed hvis man ikke er ked af at gå lidt rundt til tingene og det gjorde vi meget. Vi besøgte det pulserende Dotonbori og det mere stille og rolige Umeda. Skøn by der har meget at byde på. Vi spiste sushi lige ned til floden og med udsigt over byen - skøn oplevelse. Hotellet tilbød ALT indenfor toiletartikler. Herfra tog vi en dagstur til Nara Deer Park "

"The hotel room is small, but nice, which is to be expected of the Apa Japan hotels. It has everything you need. The restaurant with the breakfast buffet is super impressive, with both a wide variety of western and Japanese dishes. However, there are too few elevators for the hotel. We had to wait for a long time during the “busy hours” to get on an elevator. It’s not possible taking the stairs, even if you wanted to. Also, the hotel staff does not necessarily speak good English. We had some trouble checking in with the machine, and I tried to explain it to a staff member. He didn’t quite understand and just told me to check in using the machine - which I already tried, but the machine told me to go talk to a staff member. So kind of a loop there."

"Stayed 1 night before going home from Osaka airport. Location was great and the hotel offers shuttle service, so this was nice and easy. Hotel room was nice and clean and had a great view! Bed is on the harder side. We paid for breakfast, but it is only available from 06.30 so this was too late for us. As an airport hotel I expected the breakfast buffet to be open earlier. Would I stay again? Yes. Travel tip for Osaka airport: arrive 3 hours before your departure time as the logistics around check-in, immigration and security check is very slow and ineffective. We arrived 2 hours prior departure and had only 2 minutes to spare before the gate closed. "
