"The condo was very nice. The photos didn’t lie. When I asked Rent KW about what type of appliances where in the condo they couldn’t answer me. Also the communication at check in was awful. The Rent KW agenthad no patience with my question about the code to get in the door. She told me to read my email and hung up. I didn’t get an email. When I tried to call back they wouldn’t answer. My wife had to call on her phone so they wouldn’t recognize the number. "

"The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys."

"The communication from the Rick was at a rapid response. Really pleased with how accommodating he was to make everything comfortable and easy. You could not get a better location and it was very easy to quickly disconnect from the activity outside with this cozy little cottage. The only thing I felt bad about was my children loved to go in and out of the door and I feel it may have disrupted the other guest next door and we apologized upon our departure as he heard us leaving early morning!"
