"When we got to apartment complex we went up to our unit, put in code and when opened door there was someone's stuff in the apartment. Try to contact host but didn't get a response. Lucky for us, someone came into clean and he was able to contact another person who co-owned property. "We had no tv the whole time, NO mention of the shower being unfiltered well water. It smelled like rotten eggs every time we had to shower which sucked because we are already smelled fishy from fishing. "The place was very clean. The communication with the owner was prompt when messages sent. The location is great for the RicerCenter or anything downtown. Recommendations - More Linens - there were no hand towels. One wash rag per person for the whole week. One towel per person. "Clean, comfortable, and quiet the majority of the time. Occasional overnight trains and live music next door (ended at a reasonable time on a Saturday night, and was pretty good also) are really the only noticeable noise in the area. Nice restoration and use of the older building. Easy self check in and out, with a neat outdoor rooftop space with a nice view of the river.
