"Whether you call it the Hyatt Place or Hyatt House, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It definitely helped that they upgraded me from a standard king room to a suite due to room availability.
I only stayed one night and was not able to take advantage of the full kitchen other than the nearly full sized refrigerator. I also didn't get a chance to check out the exercise room, the pool or the bar on the 9th floor, but the bar in the lobby was nice and the food good.

"Loved the location, the cleanliness, the staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, the upstairs bar was awesome for the view, they had a reasonably priced restaurant on site. "
"The desk clerk and the cleaning staff are very polite and attentive when I needed some extra towels or something they were right there they answered my questions. There was always fresh coffee and the lobby the only thing would suggest, is possibly having some fruit or maybe bacon or sausage or some kind of breakfast meat for the breakfast. And perhaps a vending machine on each floor. Otherwise everything was great peace and quiet clean. Will definitely plan to go back sometime"

"It was one of our nicest visits. We have been coming to the Isle for decades. We missed the buffet so much. The added restaurant for breakfast was a great addition. So happy to stay put and have all we need in the areas of breakfast lunch and dinner!"
"Det blev en skuffelse. Elendig breakfast med det man kaldte for kaffe var varmt vand..bad om at få stærkere kaffe om morgenen. Det blev der sagt ja til - men nej - det kunne man da ikke bla.bla. Gammelt brød - kedelig oplevelse. Receptionisten var rar, men at skulle brugeren computeren skabte vrede øjekast fra en medarbejder der sad ved den det meste af dagen. Kedeligt og uhøfligt personale. Ikke en krone værd"
"This property is where I always stay when I visit my sister in DeWitt Iowa. Not much around this area (small rural town) and this hotel is the best one. "
