"We were very impressed with the owner! The air conditioner was broken in the first home! Contacted the owner and he was Extremely accommodating and put us in another house the was an upgrade and didn’t charge us extra! Both places were Very nice!! Will go back again!! At least a 5 star for me or above!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We had no communication with property manager - did leave a note about running toilet and wasp nest. There were no check out instructions so put towels in washer and left sheets on the beds. We enjoyed the town of Marion after spending the day in Memphis. The location was great and loved the quietness.. Never did see any of the other renters. I would recommend more than one TV and a flyswatter!"

"The neighbors were loud through both nights of our stay. Loud TVs and thin walls. Occasional yelling. The first thing we were greeted with when we came through the first door was the ripe scent of weed and loud music, and it was past midnight. The second night when we arrived, the driveway was blocked so we had to park on the street. The unit overall was great but the environment surrounding it was not."

"This home is situated in a neighborhood of burned out houses just to start. We arrived to the neighbors dogs running at us and he greeting us with “hey” as he ran to the street to make a transaction. The driveway is a navigation nightmare. The front yard has a large clay planter that has been smashed and sitting there for quite sometime. You have to wrestle the door to open the unit to be greeted with the smell of cat urine. " We stayed one night and I must say that we have never felt so unwelcome in a hotel before. The staff seemed annoyed if we asked any basic question - such as, “why is there no towels in our room” “why doesn’t the elevator work”. When we went back in the night, the lady at the counter had a private conversation on her phone and disregarded our presence or questions but yelled some minute after, very aggressively, “what did you say?!” The rooms seemed half finished. Art decor is really a stretch. Roof top bar closed and lobby area not available either. This is not a cheap hotel, so I had expected more. I would really not recommend this hotel. "
