Staff was not very helpful. They just pushed you on to the next person who “might” be coming in later but then they didn’t. Most of the time there wasn’t even anyone at the desk. Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. And the pool water did not look clean, which was something that I really wanted to do. The hot tub was empty. TV was dark and I asked for help and a guy that came in just acted like there was nothing he could do. Just like the front desk people, he just pushed it off to someone else who never came. Check in took 45 minutes because hotel cards would not work for elevator. Had to haul our luggage back and forth and couldn’t even take the stairs that were locked. We finally got cards that worked for the elevator. I had not been informed about the $50 deposit for the room and it took several days to get it back. I was new to this experience and it was disappointing. Just some simple info about our stay seemed to be pushed to the next person who just sent it right back. The only good thing was that the food was excellent.
