"We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us. The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations. The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium...

"We stayed 6 nights and had a great time. The property grounds are gorgeous- that was my favorite part. And seeing all of the local wildlife. There are iguanas and lizards everywhere and other small Mammals and birds. As advertised the property is very large and we didn’t even see all of it. They have transportation available whenever needed to get from point A to B. We used that regularly. Our kids preferred the main pool and the white sands pool over the smaller family selection pool so...

"Concierge service was the absolute best! Shoutout to Cielo & David who helped us on our stay. They helped book dinner reservations, shuttles & anything else we needed. I was a bit hesitant traveling with a toddler who drinks milk consistently but Cielo always made sure our room was stocked with milk. They made our stay so much more convenient! The staff at all the restaurants were always friendly. "
