"This condo is the perfect place to stay in Rincon. It is right across from the public beach. Beautiful sunsets! Restaurants and shopping nearby. Short drive to other beaches. The condo itself is equipped for cooking if you want to eat in. Loved having access to a washer and dryer. The large balcony was a perfect place to relax. There are 2 parking spots in a gated area. My teens enjoyed having a pool. The beds were a little hard for our liking. Water pressure is low, but thats common all over...

"We came to Peurto Rico to celebrate my 60th birthday. This location was absolutely wonderful. We felt pampered the minute we walked in. The outside of the building does not represent this beautiful little apartment inside. It was decorated so cute with charming little touches here and there. It was so clean and everything we needed was there. There was even beach equipment in the closet. The beach is a little bit of a walk around some buildings. We found it easier to load up the beach things...

"Problems: no hot water at first, no TV ever, no key for easy access to beach, bathrooms need repairs. Another problem was we did not get our first condo; we had it & it was subsequently given to another person."

Not only was the condo well located, directly across the street from a delicious bakery and grocery store, it was within walking distance of the village center for rincon. The building itself was well maintained and the other occupants were very friendly. "We were greeted immediately outside and was given assistance to get inside our condo. We loved the view and the condo was very clean. The condo was well equipped with basic daily essentials which included bathrobes, lounge chairs and upon request a hairdryer and an iron.The bed was extremely comfortable! There is a generator incase of a power outage. We would stay again. We found all of our questions were answered in minutes with by text or in person."

"We loved the apartment as it contained everything that we needed for our ten day stay. For the first week we did not have a car but found lots to explore on foot. We walked down to the artisan’s market on Thursday night and had dinner in town. We felt perfectly safe walking home after dark. Grocery stores, fruit stands and other food vendors were convenient. We loved the beach and walked Dow down to watch the sunset every night. Thanks Alex for your great attention."

"Really Enjoyed the location and the beautiful backyard area. The only thing i would complain about is that the wifi didnt work and i missed a big deadline at work due to that. And when i emailed the owner, it was never fixed. There were also a few small issues that when mentioned to owner, no reply or apology. So just a little better of communication is needed."
