"Gigantic property! Very cool old chateau feel with the doors, keys & furniture. Remote location in Tuscany. The check-in was a little challenging, as GPS did not bring us to the correct location, but we eventually figured it out. "Our stay in Florence at this villa was absolutely delightful. Chiara was incredibly welcoming, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. "This property was magical. We booked it as a post-wedding place for our extended family. We had 9 adults and 3 children. There was something for everyone! The heated pool was pristine. "Fantastisk personale! Så venlige, imødekommende og serviceminded! Virkelig gode faciliteter - både indendørs og udendørs - men desværre bliver der spillet utrolig høj musik alle steder nærmest hele døgnet. Flere gange så højt på tagterrassen, at man ikke kan snakke i telefon med nogen, fordi de ikke kan høre en for musikken"

"Vi havde valgt et af de røde værelse med en lille have. Alt var holdt i rødt og sort og 100 % genneført. Den store fælles have var meget hyggelig at opholde sig i med mange siddepladser. Dog syns vi værelset manglede lidt lys, i form bare en enkelt normal pære. Der var meget stille på vores værelse og i haven. Der manglede en stol i haven, der var kun en. Det betød vi selv skulle tage en af stolene fra værelset - det var lidt upraktisk. Hotellet lå i centrum, så der var nem adgang til alle seværdigheder. Det var nem at tjekke ind og ud. Drinks i baren var dyre. Vi spiste ikke på hotellet, så vi kan ikke sige noget om kvaliteten"

"Friendly staff. Pool was nice to visit on a hot day. Can walk to main sights. Be aware that parking is hard to come by and that temporary parking is in an undergrund parking garage. Be careful when entering here. The transition from the street to the driveway is very steep, and the underside of our car scraped the pavement even though we drove very slowly. Also be aware that the hotel is situated meters away from the ZTL zone so be sure to get someone to register your entrance."
