"Very quiet and clean place all organized. I really love the bed so comfortable clean kitchen everything was on point no stress at all I would really recommend them and if I can any chance to visit BC I would just come back at the same address near to the malls every thing is just around the corner.

"The pricepoint was a little steep for a room and there is little privacy in accordance with the rest of the home. Parking is an issue being on the road around the corner Bedroom was a little tired, dated and worn but if a room is what you're looking for the price should reflect such"

"The place is cozy but had exactly what we needed for the night as we spent our entire stay downtown and just needed a reasonably priced space to rest our tired minds and bodies. It was clean, easy check in. There are only recommendations i could pass along and it's dont forget the door code because it auto locks behind you! (We left phones inside charging and had to use the Samsung watch to phone a spouse to log into our Expedia account to retrieve the code!) And the AC unit innthe bedroom...

"We had a wonderful stay in Richmond/Vancouver. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient—quiet, safe, and close to restaurants, shops, and the airport. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay."

"The house is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and the owner was very nice. But when we arrived no one was home and we were surprised to walk into what was clearly someone’s family home with no idea where our room was. I felt very uncomfortable with the extreme messiness of the house and wondered if it was used as a public hostel which is why it was so messy. But it seems it is just a family home. The bedroom we were given was comfortable and quiet with a private bathroom."

"Had the whole part of the house (back part) including a patio area all to myself. It has a room, living room area, kitchen/dining area and bathroom - comfortable for at least 2 people - I went solo. Good communication with host, close to airport - just 10 minutes. Only thing is you will frequently hear airplane sounds - so you may not be able to do any work meetings if you have to talk. Parking is on street - generally had space to park close to home, sometimes a little further - all free."
