I had to be in town for a funeral and booked this place since it was pet friendly. The young man at the front desk was very nice, sympathetic and polite. But when I got up to the room, I was appalled. The place was filthy. There was hair in the sink and dirt in the bathtub, as well as gloop streaked in the mirror. The couch had sticky patches on it and the carpet was shredded. I washed my hands and the sink was completely clogged. There was no way I was going to bring my husband back to this place when he was dealing with a death in the family, so I canceled my reservation and went to another, actually clean hotel.

This hotel is not for everyone. It has the added advantage of a kitchenette but lacked other basics like hair conditioner, hair dryer, trash bin in room, etc. The room I received had large red and purple paint stains on almost all the counters. I tried to report it the first night but there wasn’t a receptionist available that night it seemed b/c myself and 3 other guests where waiting on someone at the front desk for a while until we all gave up. Carpet in room was old and stained. Sink faucet in the bathroom was old and moldy. If you’re on an extremely tight budget or have nowhere else to go, it’ll do. However, if you can afford a little more and don’t plan to stay more than a few days, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Also, a dog pooped by the elevators on one of the days I was there and it took a while for anyone to clean it up so be prepared for potential unexpected surprises from people’s pets if you stay there.

It is very outdated and I felt gross staying there. A roach was crawling up the wall near the refrigerator. Overall not a good place to stay with family or friends.

The staff was very unprofessional and the room was not clean. They had to switch my room twice. The first time they gave me someone else’s room. The second time the door to the room would not shut all the way. The last room was not that clean and I was advised that cleaning would be an extra fee. Will never go here again!

Front desk lady was kind and helpful once i saw my room sofa bed had dead dry old roaches and bedbugs on covers. Asked to be cleaned no housekeeper on site and was given another decent room. Needs new housekeepers to actually do there job and clean.

The bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned in a long time. There was no coffee maker in the room nor chair for the desk. The attendant at the front desk was rarely available.

Very dissappointed
Mostly the room was dirty, the keys to the room kept not working and we would have to go back down to the front desk lugging all our stuff with us, there was a barking dog, when I reserved the room it stated it would be stocked with dishes and pans and there was nothing. We had to make another trip back downstairs and were given just a few items, no cutting board, dish drainer or utensils. The reason we stayed there was to have a kitchen and it had not one thing in it, not even dish soap. I feel like we will never stay at an Extended Stay America again as this has happened before so we are done. Also do not like the barking pets. Sorry.

Very dirty rooms. The entire inside had a distinct odor. The heat, when turned on, smelled like cigarettes.
