The pool was out of order. The AC very noisy and not very efficient. Staff was super nice and helpfull.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. The reception and breakfast staff were all very nice and helpful. The gym is not really a gym. It’s two bikes and 2 old machines. The dumbbells have been removed, almost all of them; no mats for stretching. Breakfast is good, freshly squeezed orange juice is great, and you can order stuff to your table. Very nice. It costs a little less if you pay for it the night before All in all a good stay and Valencia is great

The best hotel ever! We were 3 girlfriends visiting Valencia for the first time, stayed 3 nights, and we absolutely loved this hotel! All of the staff were super kind, helpful and accommodating, the lobby was beautiful, the room that we shared was tastefully designed, and even had a fully equipped kitchenette, which we never have experienced before at a hotel. The breakfast was the best we have ever had on our many stays at hotels around Europe, freshly prepared and great variation, and the server even remembered what coffee we wanted the following mornings after we ordered the first morning and greeted us with all smiles. The location is wonderful, close to everything in the old part of the city (within walking distance) and it was easy to take the bus to the beach and other attractions further away. The restaurants nearby are all wonderful as well. The only negative thing was that the aircondition was most effective close to the master bed, and because the room was large (long), the AC didn’t cool as well in the other end of the room where the sofa bed was. If you open the window, you will be woken up early Sunday morning by constant ringing of church bells, but earplugs help;-). We will definitely be coming back to this hotel! ¡Muchas gracias al personal!
