"We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!"

"I thought the property was really nice, upgraded, and we had a great time, only issue i had was the wifi was weak so my apps kept buffering, but not a huge deal, the place has everything you need. A small little yard if you bring your dog and a seating area outside. Overall a really nice stay "

"If rustic charm is on your bucket list, the Kittle House is brimming it….older floorboards, wooden beams, and a copper ceiling in the taproom. There are modern amenities alongside older fixtures….that plumbing (3/4”?) provides a powerful shower! We stayed during the holidays, and the inn was decorated beautifully. Continental breakfast included. This hotel services an area in Westchester that has few options for lodgings. Fortunately, this inn is a wonderful option."

"This property was perfect for a trip to NYC as it is located 5 minutes from the train station. We were able to take the train to Yankee Stadium and that was about 30 minutes. The train stops right at the stadium! We also took the train into Grand Central then took a short walk to Times Square to catch a Broadway Show. I highly recommend this place! "

"The photos definitely misrepresent the quality of the property. The house is very dirty (lots of stains) and a little on the creepier side. However, if you have a good group of friends who can have fun anywhere, you’ll enjoy the rental."

"We found the house pleasant and centrally located"

"We stayed here for West Point graduation. It was not too far away even with us driving there almost each day. Very clean and new appliances, bathroom and bedroom furniture. A must thing to do is visit The Croton Dam. Maria was very attentive and welcoming. "

"The property was exactly as described in VRBO; nothing fancy but just fine. The add-on for "insurance" made the unit unnecessarily expensive (in my case anyway). You also might consider adding pasteurized 1/2 & 1/2 that doesn't require refrigeration & dark roast for coffee drinkers to the Keurig cabinet. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness and help.
