"Great staff"

"My wife and daughter had hair on their toilet and a wet dirty towel still hanging from the curtain rod at check in. My mother in law and sister we both told it would be a long time before their rooms were ready and it was 3pm check in at the time. When they complained the staff got irritated and answered with not their problem because we had too much family staying there. The family was there for a wedding so yes we booked multiple rooms. "The room was dirty and in disrepair. The chair was filthy with stains everywhere and a used plastic spoon stuck between the cushion and the arm. The shower head leaked, no hot water even when all the way to hot and left running, long dark hair stuck to mirror that would have been impossible to miss if someone cleaned the sink or mirror. "So much fun! Great view! Everything we needed."

A couple critiques: consider putting curtains on the windows (especially the bedrooms.) There is central AC, but the bedrooms...
