I would say the only thing to make sure you do is read the entire listing and make sure you read about the pet rules. Although, this place states to be pet friendly, it is not a pet friendly place for people with animals that are part of the family. "We came up for a wedding and had trouble finding a hotel room because of a concert being the same weekend! So we looked on VRBO, and I’m so happy we did! Chelsey was super accommodating and flexible and made an exception for our *slightly* larger group to stay since it was mostly kids and let us check out late on Sunday so we didn’t have to find something to do for 3 hours in between check-out and meeting a family member for lunch! "We checked in at the appointed time, just after 4, and found dirty dishes in the sink, dirty floors, dirty clothes in the washer, beds unmade, dead bugs. The only good thing I can say about it is that the bugs were dead. This place was totally a mess. We found lodging at a nearby hotel and are still working to settle for a full refund! I would NOT recommend this property, or the manager in charge of it to anyone! Much too slow to make good on the promised full refund."
