"There was no towels in my room, front seat was very helpful though. Unit was just inconvenient because I was tired and didn’t want to go back after getting to my room. There’s no coffee maker in the room which if I’m paying a good amount even cheap hotels have coffee makers. And most places that have kitchens have stuff to use to cook with. I just feel like the place wasn’t worth why I paid for. The laundry room wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean either."

"Good location. Room was clean and very quiet."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However the Expedia amenities included in the search was not actually included. The breakfast that was said to be included was not. It did not actually have a hot tub as stated in the Expedia search parameters."

"Dejligt stort værlse og nær spisesteder. God morgen mad, de var hurtige til at gøre rent. Senge er bløde men det er jo smag og behag. Vi havde så lidt misforståelser omkring hvormange dag og hvilke værlse vi havde boet på. De ville ikke ændre værlse nummer på regningen. Men bortset fra det, var det et godt hotel"

"cant remember, we stayed at lots of hotels"

"Easy to get to! Staff were so kind. Had breakfast available! Very clean. Thank you 😊"

"The Best Western on the north side of Johnson City, Tennessee, was a great halfway spot between home and Hilton Head Island. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, especially Holly. The hotel was very nearly fully occupied, but the breakfast was excellent and plentiful, as there were two staff attending to the breakfast full-time. They were pleasant and very hardworking and kept the breakfast area tidy and fully supplied. We did not use the pool, but it looked well-maintained. We will...

"På ingen måde pengene værd, prisen skulle som minimum have været halveret. Værelserne var gamle og slidte, fugtige og lugtede af mug. Poolen var beskidt. Havde hellere sparet de penge og sovet i bilen."

"We were traveling through, so only stayed one night. It was good for the cost of the room."

"Service personnel were super friendly and impressive. You could tell they love taking care of the guests!"

"Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! This was Sunday, November 1 and someone needs to update the...

"I was clean and nice place . But The only problem I have was in room you could hear the people walk above you. It sound like they were going come throw the ceiling."
