"We had a nice stay. I travel with my boxer, Gibson, and it's not always easy to find a pet friendly place. While the motel is pet friendly, there are absolutely no outdoor accommodations for dogs. The room is the only thing that's pet friendly. We walked through the Arby's parking lot to a grassy knoll behind a local burger joint for the outdoor part.
And it is a very basic room. Unless you consider microwave/mini fridge/color tv amenities there are no amenities. Not even a clock. Fresh...

"10/10 Experience!
I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Comfort Inn in Kingsport! But the absolute highlight of our experience was Stephanie at the front desk!
Stephanie was AMAZING! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. It’s not often you come across someone in customer service who leaves such a lasting impression, but Stephanie absolutely did!
Great customer service can make all the difference in a hotel stay,...

"The Best Western on the north side of Johnson City, Tennessee, was a great halfway spot between home and Hilton Head Island. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, especially Holly. The hotel was very nearly fully occupied, but the breakfast was excellent and plentiful, as there were two staff attending to the breakfast full-time. They were pleasant and very hardworking and kept the breakfast area tidy and fully supplied. We did not use the pool, but it looked well-maintained. We will...

"Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! This was Sunday, November 1 and someone needs to update the...
