"The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day."

The outside covered deck was great since there was a fan. I saw deer every morning and evening munching on the grass right in front of the house. "Well set up for large family group, well appointed kitchen, the hosts were very easy to deal with, quick response to needs. We loved our stay here for our family reunion, it's difficult to find a space each year that can accommodate our large family so well. As a bonus- we enjoyed the waterfall and the close proximity to our niece who hosted the 4th party."

"Great location close to Watkins Glenn Park as well as a reasonable drive to the Corning glass museum. Beautiful view of the lake. A great outdoor deck area and multitiered outdoor areas that were fun for both my boys and our English Bulldog! It was a little too cold to take advantage of the paddle boards, kayaks and canoes, but a very cool amenity for warmer weather! Our host was very responsive and kind. The house met our needs."

"The home is clean, well equipped and centrally located. We enjoyed using the kayak, paddle board in canoe. The AC kept us comfortable in high heat. Everything was clean. Visitors to the house should know that it is probably not friendly for those with young children or elderly. The bathtub was difficult for my husband with achey knees to get in and out of, and was not comfortable to stand in. They have a water cooler to get drinking water from but the water has an extremely strong sulfur smell....

"The property was clean and spacious. We loved the proximity to the ice cream shop, hiking and wineries. There were plenty of beds, baby gear, kitchen supplies and bathrooms for our large family of all ages. The pool was nice and there were many thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and fun. Laurie was prompt and helpful to all of our questions."

It was a charming home that had an old comforting feeling. All of the amenities were provided. We experienced great communication and hospitality from the hosts. "Had a lovely stay for a few nights at this hotel, the direct view over the lake was a gorgeous way to begin and end a day. Rooms were nice and clean, bathroom was super nice though the door in our unit was tough to close. A bar and restaurant was available at the hotel location, though we did not use it the option was nice to have. Only real con was the walls, which were quite thin, we could hear the conversations at the neighbors the night we had people next door. Otherwise it was a very, very nice stay."
