Mgr. got right on it & had us back up & running in a very timely manner.4 stars because nobody gets a 5. Would give 4 1/2 if that were an option.My wife & I had our two dogs (a Toller & a Malinois) & decided it my be a bit cramped if it were 4 people there. But then, we do pack anything we feel we'll need...

Host accommodated late check out for us since one of our guest fell the day before and broke her foot and we were waiting for a return call from the physician. Parking was not convenient because we had to park on another block. "
