"The property was beautiful and peaceful only issue was the swimming pool and hot tub were closed due to a maintenance problem, since it was a spa retreat would have been great to relax in the pool and soak in the hot tub"

A dog barked from 3 pm to 7 pm we asked the reception what was going on. She wanted to call the owners we don't understand that there is no rule that dogs cannot be left alone in the rooms. There was a little confusion about billing for an upgrade but Crystal was very friendly and professional; she helped to resolve the problem as quickly as she could with Mike (the manager, who is also friendly and cares about your satisfaction).
