"A very nice historic hotel. Location is fine and close to the major sights. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Gym and jacuzzi plus nice roof top bar and restaurant. "

"Nice big hotel with Western standard. Good location. Just 10 min walk from Registan. The breakfast is really nice, good service. Also at the pool. Very good bed, shower and nice rooms. The gym is also good for a hotel. "

"There were insects on the bed"

"My mother and her friend were resting in this hotel and got sick with a skin disease "scabies". I appeal to the manager, please control how the bed linen is processed."

"We stayed at the hotel for two nights and several times we experienced amazing service. We had issues with our car insurance and the sweet people in the reception made sure that we went to a good and competent insurance company. When we had to leave our train left in the evening and although we had checked out we were offered a room to shower and stay in after we had used the pool. Overall they were welcoming, service-minded and very friendly. We will definitely recommend the hotel. It’s also...

"Rigtigt godt! Wifi var dog rigtig dårlig på vores værelse, øv"

"I am visiting Uzbekistan from Japan and staying at this hotel in Samarkand for 4 nights starting October 13, 2026. Apparently, the hotel just opened in May 2026. Everything is brand new and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The art objects decorated throughout the hotel are also very lovely and fascinating. The breakfast offers a great variety and is delicious. The courtyard pool has a wonderful resort feel and is good maintenance —it looks great during the day, but I...

"The hotel has glitz and glamor and the location is good with other restaurants close by. There is a very good restaurant at the hotel also but I did not eat there. There is one thing that needs to be addressed. My tub was very high and there were no grab bars. It looks like there were some earlier but removed later. Also there was a rainfall shower but the glass door did not even cover half the tub area. I used the hand held shower very carefully and even then a little water spilled over."

"Very nice hotel with a good bed, nice big bathroom. The pool is nice when you come back after a long warm day. The staff is very nice and do a very good job. They even pay our taxi to the train station as an exstra service. The location is not close to the Registan but one hour walk or maximum 10 min. in taxi. "

"Location of the hotel was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Rooms were reasonable clean, but everything in this hotel slowly falls apart. Beds were were uncomfortable, and every time I turned I felt like I was falling down. Small window in bathroom wouldn't close and birds would poop inside, leaving bathroom smelling horrible. Breakfast was passable. Pool in pictures looked nice, but in reality is very small. Spa takes forever to heat up, planks are uneven and have nails sticking...

"レギスタン広場に近くて、割と便利でした。ウズベキスタンらしい感じが味わえます。"

"Polite, helpful, English speaking staff at a conveniently located hotel. Walking distance to major sites."
