We had issues with our car insurance and the sweet people in the reception made sure that we went to a good and competent insurance company. When we had to leave our train left in the evening and although we had checked out we were offered a room to shower and stay in after we had used the pool. Hotelli on todella hieno ja viihtyisä. Huoneet ovat kauniita ja tyylikkäitä, ja niissä on suuri Smart TV. Erityisesti pidimme erinomaisesta ilmanvaihto- ja ilmastointijärjestelmästä – huoneessa oli todella miellyttävä ilma ja lämpötila.
Aamiainen oli superhyvä ja monipuolinen. Palvelu oli erinomaista ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja huomaavaista.
Hotellilla on myös oma kaunis sisäpiha, jossa on mukava istua ja rentoutua illalla. Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin...
"The hotel is super clean and staff are very friendly and warm. There is a lady that speaks Russian is very helpful and kind. She welcomes everyone with very gentle smiles and compliments.
The breakfast is amazing. There is nothing to ask more. Omlet, cheese, bread, sweets, fruits, yogurt and other local Özbek foods that I enjoyed a lot.
Definitely, I will book the hotel again next time I visit Samarkand"
