"Dyreste hotel vi boede på i Vietnam, der var mange ansatte til at holde området pænt, velholdt og rent. Det undrede os bare at de ansatte ikke var bedre til engelsk. Vores låsesystem til værelset blev ved med at gå i stykker, og personalet kunne simpelthen ikke forstå at vi ikke synes det var i orden at komme retur til et ulåst værelse, ganske enkelt fordi de ikke forstod engelsk. De reperarerede døren 3 gange, og først da vi klagede til Hotels.com fik de lavet den så det ikke skete igen. Så...

"We were met with a very rude attitude when we arrived at the hotel to check in. A member of the staff wanted us to show a bookingcomfirmation before he would let us in at the main entrance. Furthermore we didn't get any (basic) information at check in and it was difficult to get recommendations of restaurants outside the hotel. The room was very nice and clean though, but the service was very poor!"

"This place is a hidden germ, it’s located in a small street all the way inside. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is spacious and equipped with A/C in the hot Vietnam weather. Usually hotel food is a hit or miss but this place did not disappoint. All the food I ordered were delicious, plus breakfast is FREE, you just have to order what you want the night before.
