"Great service from beginning to end "

"Very comfortable and enjoyable mid-December stay at the Cozy Guest House! The hosts went out of their way to be available and in communication, accommodating our late arrival--sweet treats were left for us and being that it was December, the cabin was decorated to the nines with Holiday trimmings and even a Xmas tree which delighted us! The cabin had everything we could have needed--we did cook a few meals (pots/pans/condiments made it easy) and we used the big TV to relax and stream some...

Strong WiFi, plenty of space for the family, and private peaceful location. Roads to the home are not yet paved, but totally worth the off-pavement adventure. Tons of wildlife and beautiful views! Highly recommend for camp-like experience in a beautiful mountainous home!"

"From the moment I walked in… I loved the place! Clean, Cozy and so inviting! Perfect for a couples get a way/anniversary or whatever the occasion. We had such a great time… The view is spectacular & the grounds @ Big Canoe are impeccable! I fell in love with ‘THE NEST’ and we’re already planning a next stay! Dialogue with the host was exceptional! So much to do there. Their trail hikes are a must! Fading Goat Vineyard was also outstanding! "

"The check-in/check-out process was fine, though the key pickup was off-site (about 15-20 minutes away) and keys had to be returned by 10 a.m. The unit itself felt dated, soft flooring, peeling wallpaper, and a few broken items like blinds and a sliding door lock. All guest found the best uncomfortable. The kitchen was equipped with basic dishes, but bring your own seasonings and condiments. All amenities cost extra. The location, however, was beautiful and peaceful. "
