"This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. "We parked our van in a nice gravel driveway, and had our first glimpse of the cabin where we were to spend the next 4 nights. The lock box was in an unusual place, so I called the host. A very friendly gentleman answered immediately and told us where it was, and told us to call if we needed anything. He and his wife apparently live close by. "Had a good time. Location is on a mountain, roads going up are not kept very well on the mountain. We didn't use the hot tub or fire pit, but everything we did use worked and was user friendly. (We had tried to community the prop managers before via email but never got a response.) No issues though with our stay."
