"Lots of room for socializing. Cozy atmosphere. There are mini fridges in each. There is one microwave per floor (2 total). The coffee is provided in the lobby as part of the grab and go breakfast. There’s no coffee machine in each room. There is a gas station across the street and couple of restaurants. We had a Roku Tv in our room and were able to log into all of our home accounts. There were coloring books and crayons and some other books for people to use in the lobby area."

"The host , Charles was fantastic . He lives next door but assured us privacy the whole time. He was available when needed and accompanied us in every way. It is small but has everything you need. Bed was comfortable. We only had two cups of coffee but blamed it on ourselves as we hurried the clean to get in early. The Dollar store is just down the road and came in handy for snacks and coffee. I'm sure if we asked Charles would have brought us more coffee. It's so quiet and private. Sweet patio...

"Great location, walking distance to eat, drink, the lake. Quiet especially since we were there in the off season. Nice place. The carpeting could use a deep clean or replacement as there were several stains. And one mattress also wasn’t great in the first bedroom. Parking right outside the door. "

"This was perfect for my sister , cousin and i who were in the area for a wedding. Love all of the fun decor, the selection of games, and the view of the valley I’d come back here in a heartbeat with my his and and kids too!"

"Fun spot in the heart of Pepin! Everything is within walking distance: artwork, food, pubs and the Mississippi. Just know that in this spacious getaway you will be walking up and downstairs in the middle of the night if you need to head to the bathroom."

"Nice location and very clean! Had a very nice stay.Few problems: Probably because of our age, the shower was hard to use without hand bars and high sides on the tub.Temp. was hard to set, with air running all the time, as I didn't want to touch controls as they were high up.Other wise everything was very nice!!!!!"

"Don't let "older house fool you". House was wonderful, spacious, clean, close to everything Pepin has to offer. Host made sure we had everything we needed, offered tips on things to do, walking distance to river, beach, bars, restaurants. Would definitely stay again."

"Quiet area, plenty of room for kids to run around. They loved finding dinosaurs!! Could use some more young kid inside games, a box of tissues and oil on bathroom door hinges, pretty squeaky."
