"This hotel was gorgeous and grand. We loved our huge room which had two bathrooms, a living room, several closets, and a huge king sized bed. It was very spacious and we had a very nice view of the courtyard and pool. The scenery was beautiful with lush plants and flowers. There was lots of variety for breakfast and the staff were quick to accommodate to whatever you needed. There were several ATM machines available and transportation was easily accessible. You never needed to leave the hotel....

"Very nice view over the city and is one of the best places to sit and watch the lights of Addis. The room was functional and the water in the shower was hot which is a very welcome thing. The room was a little noisy as the balcony door was not sound proof so the stray dogs barked all night and there was no way to reduce the sound. The room was clean and had lots of space. There is an amazing Spa in the building which is well-recommended."

"The staff here are top notch! The cleaning staff really made our room sparkling every time. The laundry service did a great job, and was fast. We ate the buffet many times and really enjoyed it. "The best part of this hotel is the staff. I was there for almost 3 weeks and the staff is so incredible kind and caring. They are the gem of this place. The hotel itself is pretty standard. They have everything you need including a very lovely spa and 2 restaurants. It gets a bit loud on the weekends because of the live music in the downstairs bar so if you are sensitive to sound, I recommend getting a room on the left side of the building - towards Bole road and away from the parking lot and bar area. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Addis."
