"The best part of this hotel is the staff. I was there for almost 3 weeks and the staff is so incredible kind and caring. They are the gem of this place. The hotel itself is pretty standard. They have everything you need including a very lovely spa and 2 restaurants. It gets a bit loud on the weekends because of the live music in the downstairs bar so if you are sensitive to sound, I recommend getting a room on the left side of the building - towards Bole road and away from the parking lot and...

"I stayed at the Skylight hotel three times this summer. Service was exceptional. My room was great. The front desk staff is superb. I would also like to compliment Nat, who is an outstanding server in the Tiny Italian restaurant. He is very friendly and does a fantastic job as a server. Great job!"

"This property is staffed with some exceedingly dedicated customer service professionals who made my stay perfect. The only downside was the nightclub down the street making noise on Sat, but I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel!"

"Problems with the drain on the bathroom floor when shower and bathtub was used. I was not the only guest with that problem. A colleague had it too on another floor. Seems to be poor construction. And the bed was not hardest ever. I wont use this hotel again. You could not count on the agreed timings for the shuttle to the Airport. And it smelled of local food all over the hotel."

"What a wonderful find in Addis Ababa! We are a family of 4 who stayed at Zemillo for 4 nights while visiting Addis and absolutely loved it. The hotel is close to the airport and conveniently located in the city, the room was meticulously clean and spacious, the buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. We recommend staying at Zemilo without any reservation!"

"Dejligt hotel I et godt område hvor man kunne gå til små cafeer og restauranter. Dog ikke tæt på turistattraktioner, men områderne omkring de store attraktioner virker ikke særligt turistvenlige eller hyggeligt - derfor et rigtig godt hotel hvis du ønsker livet I nærheden og derfra vil tage til turistattraktionerne med bus eller taxa."

"I stayed one night in Hotel Lobelia, the service was wonderful - they even had the kitchen start early with the breakfast in order for me to get something to eat before a very early flight out. The room was nice and comfortable, very convenient location extremely close to the airport, wifi was working well. "

"If eating what you want is priority then here you can cook for yourself. I spent more than a week in the two-bedroomed and life was good. If you want to stay as a group, family on just to feel like home then book it. The breakfast service is well run. Laundry is super. Liked the space but the main bed needs replacement soon. I will stay there again."
