"The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. "

"The property is very beautiful, however, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, kids, doors slam, etc. Same for the cleaning ladies, they start early and it’s very noisy due to the thin walls. Having said all that. We do want to stay here again next year. Just have the expectation that it’s not quiet/peaceful. "

"The room and the grounds were wonderful. We had one of the cottages for an overnight. The refrigerator did not work and we noticed it too late thus our food was spoiled. The ac in the front part of the cottage did not work. After i informed mgmt at checkout they said they will look into it. "

"Staff all around was rude, unhelpful and impatient, especially the cashiers. Waited 20 minutes for an iron and almost one hour for other items and had to go to the front desk for them. The property is dated and the rooms were dark and musty. Kids had a mediocre time. Didn't try the food other than the dipping dots Late check out at 2pm is an additional $59.00 Wristbands used to open the gate out the parking lot don't work well. Lady at time share kiosk seemed more like a used car salesman...

"This resort was superb. The lobby is gorgeous. The restaurant offers a simple yet delicious menu. The staff was amazing. We loved the bikes and the ride in the Old Chevy. The pool was great! The rooms very very spacious and clean. Location was perfect. "

"This was the second year in a row we stayed at Adero for our December long weekend. Since the previous year the property has seen some lovely upgrades and improvements. The classes that were offered were excellent for both Pilates and yoga. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I don’t like is paying for parking. The location is a get away from the center of the city so having parking shouldn’t be an extra cost. Otherwise would recommend. "

"Fantastic little gem in Tempe. If you read a review for the place as Ramada Inn, just skip the review. The sweetest couple bought it and spent tons of time and money shining this place up. From a couple of conversations with the owners I could really tell, they have their hearts and minds in the right place to run this place.
