I was racially targeted by a guest at this hotel and the staff provided no help or assistance to resolve the matter. I stayed with my 2 dogs for a total of 4 nights. On my first day, the guest who was staying in the room next to me was overheard muttering derogatory statements by another guest at the hotel. When he brought the matter up to staff - nothing was done.
Throughout the day, the furbo (dog camera) that i set up in my room recorded banging and my dogs were seen barking at the adjoining wall of the guest. She was clearly antagonizing my dogs. But instead of asking the guest to stop the banging - staff decided to cite me for my barking dogs and threatened to end my stay (without refund) if the dogs did not stop barking. Thankfully the guest checked out of the hotel the next day and my dogs were fine to stay in the hotel the rest of the stay.
