"God lokation venligt personale "

"Staff is super helpful, food is quite good, place is a little worn down. The real issue we had was that we had 5 days of noise at the pool due to work on the showers. 6 hours of power pool and noise every day! That is really not cool. It is not a real 5 star hotel, more like a good 4 star."

"A cleaning lady was really weird and put one of our bags in the bidet, including putting the sink plug random places and the drinking glasses on the shower grate. We told the reception and they fixed it immediately by replacing the cleaning lady. The reception staff was excellent, breakfast was good, but the restaurant was hilariously terrible and expensive!"

"Extremely disappointing – reservation error, unhelpful staff, and poor service We were looking forward to our stay at RIU Vistamar, but our experience was ruined due to a serious booking error and a complete lack of assistance from the hotel staff. Upon arrival, we discovered that our children had been incorrectly registered as infants — which they clearly are not. This should have been a simple fix, but instead of helping us, the hotel staff charged us an additional 40% and refused to correct...

"Fantastisk ferie, super servicemindet personale"

"Great location, great pools and very nice staff that was service minded. The food was good and the selection was reasonable, but only buffets and all resturants except one, had the same food. 2-3 bar areas with good Aperol Sprits but the selection of wines and alcohols could be better."

"The complex, restaurant, pools, beach and more generally the surroundings were very beautiful and good. (Though only one pool was heated and the others were quite cold). Buffet is wide and with some changes every day. But the room felt old and dirty, smelled moldy, furnitures and paint falling apart, windows and doors hardly closed tight. Even the paint ceiling on our terrasse was falling in our plates. There were so many mosquitos and no way to protect us. No mosquitos nets on the windows and...

"Dejligt sted.
