"Good sized one bedroom apartment with aircon, ceiling fans, a washer (must bring own detergent), a full sized fridge and hot/cold water dispenser. Booked it with mountain view but next plot of land is being developed for a mall. Not so noisy with balcony doors closed. It's located next to Lost World theme park (linked by sheltered walkway) and two fast food outlets across the road, but no local Asian eatery nearby. I'd been driving out to Bercham & elsewhere for local Asian food which was fine...

"We had a wonderful stay at Ipoh Hotel Santorini! Highlights: • The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to the young Indian lady at the reception (sorry we didn’t catch your name) — she was amazing and very accommodating. • We booked a room for 5 pax, which was a joint room with a shared bathroom. "The hotel was beautiful and we loved the decking and the fish. Staff were very friendly and packed us a breakfast for our trip up to Cameron Highlands. The hotel only offers breakfast there is no food in the evening or a bar. The town is around the corner about a 5 min walk which had plenty to choose from so the location was perfect. "

"Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. This hotel is near Ipoh's old town area (approx 20 minutes walk), but we used Grab due to the hot weather. There are couple food centers and Chinese restaurants across the hotel if one doesn't want to walk so far. "

Disappointed regarding the condition of the room considering its a sunway group hotel. My previous stays within sunway was of higher quality. All in all great value for money"

"Wonderful and great stay! The room I got is premier and it’s so spacious! Loved the space and it’s very clean and cosy. The Jap restaurant downstairs the hotel serves great food and so convenient for a meal. There is also the Aaron station18 mall just behind the hotel with great shopping and food. All in all a great boutique hotel and location. Will stay here again when back next time. "

"Udmærket hotel. Men lidt overrasket over at man skulle medbring håndklæder fra værelset til poolen. Man kunne sagtens få nye - så helt OK. Hotellet virkede lidt slidt selvom det ikke var ret gammelt. Men fint til et kort ophold i Ipoh"

"Everything about this hotel is awesome. Except for.... you must make sure you tell the Grab driver the correct hotel. There are 2 locations of 1969s. lol.... I booked the wrong one and went to the wrong one. They are so nice that they helped me transferred my room to the correct location from the incorrect one. "
