"very nice hotel - the food was NOT to be recomanded in there restaurants - and its not a 5 star hotel - but mostly a 4 star I would say. Unfortunatly its very "american" and they serve french frites all over the hotel - and they serve with plastic knife ect ect... not good."

"I got a really nice Condominium (look’s like a house) doble floor, doble bedroom, doble bathroom and a nice view to the sea. You need to drive like 20 min far away to find a nice place to swing but it is an small island. Behind the hotel it is an amazing place to eat, the name is Kauai Boba & Barbecue( delicious and amazing people). "

"This is our second time at this place and we coincidentally got the same unit from last year! We were ecstatic because it was like coming home again. The unit was perfect for the three of us with a nice balcony ocean view. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we enjoy making more memories each time we come to the island. "Could not get over the view. The resort was gorgeous and the balcony showed it all including the beach. The room was basic but fit our needs. Plenty of towels for the two of us for beach and home. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach on the property was not great. Not for swimming, but nice to walk down and listen to from our room. Did not love the resort daily parking fee. It was as much as our car rental and because the property was secluded you had to pay it. Location was great tho....

"We had a great stay for 7 days. We loved being able to sit on the lanai and watch the ships and harbor activity. The condo had everything we could possibility need including quite a few pantry staples and condiments. Very traditional Hawaiian style home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"This is the perfect stay for your Kauai vacation. The room was more spacious than the photos give credit too and the fridge was perfect for storing water and cold beverages. This room is clean and carefully appointed and the Outrigger property is lovingly maintained and met all of our expectations and then some. "Resort property is beautiful. Only complaint I have about the resort is that the pools are freezing. Everything else was great. The room was nice and I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the fridge. It is bigger than a standard hotel size fridge. The bed mattresses feel old but not the end of world. The view from the balcony is awesome so that was nice. I have one request that would have made the room even better, two beach chairs in the closet. This room is a solid 4 out of 5 stars."
