"Location was great! All instructions were helpful and accurate! Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom! We had some loud neighbors during the day! With jealousies (louvre windows) you don’t always feel like you have privacy and we could hear everything they said! Not a fault of this property but bad timing!"

"This property was very clean and well-stocked. It provided everything we needed for a lovely vacation in Princeville and I found the host extremely responsive to questions (though we had no problems and all info was easy to find). We appreciated the easy check in and being able to use beach chairs and boogie boards. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The photos are accurate - always a relief when booking a vrbo."

"We had a great time. The rooms were upstairs and the kitchen/living on the main floor. Windows opened easily to create a great way to keep the house cool. Everything was updated and our family of 6 fit wonderfully. Pullout bed on the main couch was a fun bonus. Trees all around with birds and chickens. Location was great for walking to the resorts on the trail system and easily driving to Hanalei (5minutes). Easily recommended."

"We felt so comfortable here. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The place was clean, spacious, stocked with everything we needed, and the grocery store was only a short distance away. We were able to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, double rainbows and the serenades from the ocean and the birds. We are recharged, but didn’t want to leave. We will be back for sure. Thank you!"

"Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai."

"This was our second time staying at The Cliff's complex and we loved it. The condo is modern and has a full kitchen and lots of beach items to borrow. My son especially loved the pool area. Our favorite part is The Cliff's has a family pool and an adults-only pool which means the kids can have fun without disturbing others. We will definitely return!"

"4 of us stayed at the property and it was perfect for us. Location is great, price was great and we didn't feel like spending an enormous amount to stay in a place we weren't going to be in. The property was clean, easily accessible, and great if you love watching birds. Kauai has chickens all over the property and the Nene's (Geese) are not shy in saying hi. Only complaints would be that the dryer isn't the best, and hot tub was broken during our stay but was being repaired as we left. Other...

"We arrived very late and check-in with security was a breeze! Very accurate listing, great location, walkable to restaurants and grocery. Beautiful nearby beach - it is a bit of a walk but very private. Pool was perfect and lots of chairs available. Lots of parking. Would recommend staying here."

"This place is good, and Lori was awesome. Very helpful, mostly quick to respond and proactively cooperative. The view is awesome too, with Pacific ocean looking at you from about a kilometer away or so and with golf course in your front when you sit on a comfy sofa is a pleasure. As regards Lori, I must say she was very nice. We were not able to watch on the smart TV they had, so next day, she got a new TV installed. That shows how good she was. "Firstly I want to say that the resort is close to paradise. Beautifully planted and maintained grounds with orchids and birds, stunning swimming pool and hot tub with little waterfalls, a calm beach with snorkelling to walk down to (or catch a ride upon request), a great pizza restaurant as well as a bar with restaurant all on site.
