Kl.15.40 mistede jeg tålmodigheden, gik ind på reception chefens kontor, så fik jeg et værelse kl.15.45. Klager over, at denne specifikke receptionist var yderst uvenlig og gav senere tilkomne gæster deres værelser og sagde, at jeg blot skulle vente. "Du kommer gennem Expedia".
