Area around property was very unkempt and littered with several "piles" left by dogs right on the property and not cleaned up in any fashion. Area made me feel unsafe due to its exceedingly poor neighborhood, but ..."

"Nice stay. Very clean room. Nice host and was greeted and attended by Falafel, the host cat and his polite friends.. Lovely small yard with table/bench and chairs. Sure would recommend this place."
