"Our experience at this hotel, under Ron’s ownership, was a mess. Upon check-in, I specifically confirmed multiple times with the staff that my small dog was allowed. I was told the pet fee was included—no issues. Fast forward one day, suddenly I’m told dogs aren’t allowed, and I was slapped with a $300 cleaning fee.
