"Price was great for one night, and food options are near by. But my bed didnt feel right and offline, and after flushing the toilet, it made an odd noise for at least 15-20 seconds. It also took me a while for me to get the water to go down in the bathtub."

"Stayed here while visiting our Daughter at UND. First impressions from parking lot were not great it looked a bit dumpy but I was pleasantly surprised.
Hotel was clean and for the most part quiet.
My fan didn’t run as I wanted it to in the room.
I was getting ready the next morning to have a hotel worker knocking on doors at 9am (he couldn’t speak English nor tell me what he needed) but I later realized they were checking to see if guests were gone so they could clean. I didn’t appreciate this...

"Decent location. Friendly and easy check in and out. Quiet. Room however was not as clean as one would hope. Stray hairs in the bathroom, on the walls, floor and counter. Thick dust / grime around the edge of the counter, obvious it hasn’t been cleaned in a while, I did use a cloth to wipe and it came up black.
