I finally sent a message wondering why we hadn’t got any check in information…I was then informed that this rental was being rented out long term!! I had to fully pay the VRBO amount 10 months earlier and now it wasn’t available??!! He said he had another unit elsewhere and would get that ready for us! I was shocked! This wasn’t what we signed up for and our vacation was ruined!! BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS...

"We had a comfortable stay at this home. The beds were cozy, and the host was very responsive and friendly throughout the process. The house served its purpose for our trip, but it’s clear that the property has seen some use. A few maintenance issues stood out: one of the upstairs lamps was missing a knob and couldn’t be turned on, and the largest burner on the stove wasn’t working, which made cooking a bit less convenient. "A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! The ceiling is very low! Tried...
