"The hotel was all right for sleeping because it was well soundproofed. No one assisted with arrival. Weak orange squash was there as a welcome drink but no clean glasses available. What annoyed me the most was the outrageous prices charged for food and drink and the poor quality of the food also. Fish and chips at 21 pounds was worse than a chippys van where you would pay 7 pounds. No salad. Double cooked chips. Strangely sweet peas. "Great property, location and communication "

"Fint fint "

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"A beautiful hotel, grounds and local amenities"

"Very friendly staff. Room totalt work out but also very cheap. Please make the light work"

"This was a first visit to property and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the Marina village. Although arrived early we were allowed access to room straight away, at that time of day parking was very good. Had lunch in bar/restaurant, choices on menu very good. For anyone travelling by rail station right next to site across canal. I would definitely stay again"

"The bar could need some care, lots of beers was not available, looked half empty on the shelves Good room, nice and clean"
