"I paid so much money for my bath tub not to work and never get fixed. Then my shower was barely working. When I told the front desk they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t offer to move me. They sent someone and they said they’ll come the next day and never did."

"Wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel und vom Essen. Die Zimmer und die Räumlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich sehr schön jedoch in der Wartung vernachlässigt. Das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt."

"Perfect!"

"An excellent French club hotel. The staff is great. Thank you to everyone at Laguna Beach for a wonderful vacation!"

"Fraværende service. Virkelig lækre senge."

"The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice. "

"There were problems from the beginning.Nobody to help with the luggage.Rude staff, especially the manager of the hotel.I made reservation for Amelia superior, which is four stars. The food in Amelia restaurant is one star.Awful.The room is good, spacious, but not verry clean. For all our stay they did not clean our shower cabin.I bought a bath cleaner and clean it myself. After we made a complaint, they moved our breakfast and dinner in four stars restaurant Flamingo grand. And suddenly after our...

"They were not english speakers but friendly enough, rent BBQ set for free Facilities and location were great, also nearby vertical pool we rent for free💖 This place can be really nice and quiet but unfortunately at our stayed timing there were noisy Romanians and bad mannered girl who didn’t use a leash for her dog so I couldn’t enjoy fully for the tranquility and calmness. Hope we can stay with quiet and well mannered customers at the next time!!"

"Fedt hotel med skør og finurlig indretning. Desværre rigtig meget skrald over alt. "

"Mye ant og andre insekter "

"Chambre propre, avec un petit balcon vue sur mer plutôt agréable. Le buffet était très bien, nous avons bien mangé. "

"Awesome pools, great activities for kids, will go back. "

"Nice, thanks"

"Rigtig meget værdi for pengene - god, rigelig og frisk all inclusive mad. Et for stort et sted og personalet venligt. Ligger helt ned til vandet uden vej eller trafik støj - man kan høre havet bruse. Og vælg et værelse med udsigt. Værelse synes ny renoveret. Rigeligt med varmt vand. Sengen var lidt hård, og lagen med plastic bagside gjorde, at det blev varmt at sove på."

"Everything was perfectly fine. We are going next year again there !"

"Rooms are small, hotel staff is inept, food is mediocre at best, no parking."

"Terrible hotel, not worth the money"

"Nice family resort. Older but we’ll maintained. Can’t complain."
