"Vi var en familie på 9 personer fordelt på 3 værelser med udsigt mod skoven. Vi fik en god behandling ved ankomst. Fik hurtigt vist vores værelser, som var rene og pæne ift. en 3 stjernes hotel. Man kan godt se at hotellet er fra 80'erne, men stadigvæk pænt og rent. Hotellet er familievenlig og ligger dirkte på stranden som er velligholdt og er virkelig smukt sted. Man har engang til flere pools. Personalet på hotellet er meget venlige og snakkesaglige. Ved angår maden, havde vi valgt all...

Food is ok, like usually in all inclusive average, but totally decent. A lot of really good salads to choose from too and there is always a fruit option. Included drinks were also fine.

"Overall a good experience right on the beach with magnificent sea view. Hotel was feeling kind of old but rooms were clean and beds comfortable, housekeeping was also great. My only complaint was about the restaurant and its hosts some of them were rude and never smiling also the buffet was not so great and not restocked properly. Drinks were also extremely cheap and weak. Swimming pools did not seem to be very clean. But location was definitely superb."

Værtinden Maggie yder fantastisk service og kan hjælpe med alle forespørgsler man må have på rejsen.

"Friendly welcome. The hotel was very convenient for the botanical garden and palace., and also an easy 20 minute walk to harbour restaurants. Room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. We had a sea view room but I have to admit the sea was rather distant!

"Da vi ankom den første nat, troede vi at vi havde booket et værelse med privat badeværelse eftersom det var misvisende på vores billeder. Herefter larmede de andre værelser sygt meget og valgte at spille musik og tømme opvaskemaskinen kl 4 om natten. Vi gik ned dagen efter for at få opgraderet vores værelse til et med privat badeværelse, men der var ingen i receptionen. Der stod tydeligt at de havde åben fra kl. 8:30 - 19. Men de var stadig lukket da vi ankom 8:30. Derefter kom en dame ind kl 8:45 for at åbne receptionen op. Vi fik en andet værelse, men det var dårligt rengjort, med sorte hår over det hele på gulvet og i sengen og på håndklæderne. Føj. "
