"Overall okay. But not 5 stars hotel at all! Bad service at the restaurants, long waiting Lines for the buffet. Not clean service at the restaurant. Staff that was not very welcoming In the main buffet and beach buffet and reception. Pick up luggage did not come either, and food at the hotel were not very interesting at all. "

"The internet was lousy. The all inclusive quality of food was mainly carbohydrates (pasta, pizza, over-cooked veggies, multi coloured cakes, french fries. All this served in a food hall/canteen with bright light and very noisy. Everybody pushes each other to get to the food and line up to wait.
