"The price was reasonable and staff were helpful and friendly. The room had a smell to it and there was lint on the bathroom floor. The room didn’t have full curtains, only a sheer. The room faced a parking lot where at least one person would just sit in there car parked so didn’t feel comfortable with that since they could possibly see into the room."

"Booked this room for a one night stay. Once I entered my room I regretted it immediately. The online pictures are deceiving. My room was dirty, the television didn’t work. There was no phone in the room and there was urine left in the toilet. The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions. Just to be told this is how it is and he wasn’t responsible for housekeeping or shall I say lack there of. He offered me another...

"if we are to comment on something would have made our stay just perfect, if would be the hot top - which was not as hot as we would have liked it and also the clorine level was a bit to higt - it took two days to get rid of the smell of clorine from your body"

"Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table."

" Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. "
