"Surprisingly, this hotel is a lot different to how it appears from outside. Once entering, you notice that it is a heavy, well built construct, with secure preferred upgrades. I would expect to pay a lot more staying at such a premises. The $200 bond is a bit inconvenient though, and takes a while to return."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean, comfortable and met all needs. It was Quiet despite located on a busy road. Many great places close by to eat for breakfast after I checked out. I went to a show at the nearby Qudos Bank Arena which was a ten minute taxi ride to and from. I would stay there next time I go to another event. Thanks Bim for your service."

"Clean, warm, close to variety of shops and a 5 min walk to the mall. Staff are friendly and you can check in a bit early too which is good! Only downfall for me is no onsite parking. Parking would have to be Marion street car park and a slight walk uphill other than that excellent accommodation! "

"Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Upon arrival into the room we immediately found an iron stain on one of the bedside tables. My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed. The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. It was well after reception closed when we realised so we had no choice but to deal with it. Staff were...
