"The cottage is in great condition and the views from the top during the day are amazing! Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio over-looking the bay. Tina was a great host too and very responsive. My only warning is to anybody renting a car and driving themselves, just know ahead of time, the roads to the cottage (and many other roads on Tortola) are by far the steepest I have ever driven on and not very wide in many parts as well. I was fine and found it to be enjoyable and part of the adventure,...

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Icis Villas. The units were clean and comfortable, and overall the property had a welcoming and local feel. Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son. As the the stay was in February, the night breeze was cool enough to leave off the air-conditioning. I was able to eat some guavas straight off the tree next to our staircase! "The location is beautiful and the resort is on the beach. We swam every morning in water at 25 degrees. The food is ok and the drinks are great. The staff are friendly but service is a bit slow. There is a pool but it is very small, it is more like a jacuzi. The furniture in the room is quite worn and in the restaurant the table and chairs are plastic, that was disappointing.
