"The villas are very old and have not been kept in a very good condition. Taps that don’t work, sinks without plugs, very few options at the restaurant, no kitchen facilities in the room apart from a kettle and a very small and funny smelling fridge, there was no cutlery or plates just a couple of coffee cups and tea spoons and a safe that not only didn’t work it wasn’t even bolted down. The staff were friendly and it was clean but very disappointing for the price. It must have been a lovely...

"The hotel is on a big main road and quite noisy from the road and dogs barking. When I checked in, I had to leave for a day trip and the receptionist said they would ensure my bag would get brought to the room only to discover when I arrived back, 8 hours later, my bag was still left where I had been told to leave it. The hotel is very run down and not like the pictures."

"We are a Danish couple, architect and engineer, who stayed at the Hyatt Regency Bali from March 7th to March 11th, 2026. Our hobby is traveling - we have visited all 7 continents and have traveled in 154 countries - so we have stayed at countless hotels. We both think the Hyatt Regency Bali is a candidate to be the most beautiful hotel we have stayed at. On top, we experienced a super service from all the employees we were in contact with. Everyone was service minded, smiling and friendly. Therefore, we have decided to come back to the hotel after 12 days in Timor Leste to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the very high level of service once again. We give our best recommendations.
